Product was lovely, just didn’t get the results I had hoped.

I really like the macros. The drink itself is fine. Not amazing not terrible. You don't have to love everything you eat!

They taste good, the chocolate is best. However, they contain a whopping 400 calories. For the first month I had diarrhea and stomach cramping, which I finally realized I always had 6-8 hours after drinking a shake. Now I only use half the powder in shakes and that seems to have helped. Still, I wish they would have gone lighter on the Metamucil.

I ordered the meal replacement in chocolate, and vanilla caramel flavors. Once customer service helped me with the suggestion to blend in a shaking container as opposed to a bullet blender, they tasted great! Blender will make it chalky. These meals are filling and so I had them at night when I get the munchies. The only thing that's keeping me from buying them again is the fact that the next shipment was sent to me without pre- notification, (that's a dealbreaker for me )although I was notified once the items were charged to my credit card and then once they were shipped to an address I needed to change and would have had I got pre-notification. On a good note, they offered me a credit for that shipment and it turns out my husband likes the shakes as well! Problem solved

The shake taste like a ground up veggies with coco powder. I had the vanilla and chocolate, both hard to swallow. Like a mix of ground veggies with coco powder and sweetener. I guess I had worse but because I threw up 10 min after drinking it. I would give it a 2 out of 10.  The chalky texture is really difficult to get down. I also think it expands in your stomach? or that's what it felt like anyway. I tried with and without milk, still bad, tried to add a banana and I now have banana chalk. I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. After posting a one star review whitch was well deserved they offered to issue a full refund. So i'm updating this to 3 stars. Still won't buy again but at least i'm not out $117 The product is now in the trash.

The shakes are too sweet and don't mix easily. I have to add kefir or sour tasting equivalent to tone down the horrible sweetness of the drinks. I cannot work out how to cancel my subscription or return an order for a full refund - I will not be able to consume the entire first order let alone the second. Please help!

I found the taste very unappealing. Their policy is to not refund opened "master bag" even though every shake is individually packaged. I asked repeatedly how one is supposed to taste the shake to see if they like it without opening the bag. I never got an answer but they did offer to give me a store credit or refund half the price of my order.

The only part of this experience I did not enjoy is a factor I couldn’t anticipate prior to trying the product for a few days. After a week of use, I began struggling with severe constipation, gas, and body acne. It turns out that this is a response some people have to plant-based proteins. Sadly, I had to discontinue use and cancel my subscription. I hope others have a better experience!
