So far I love these meal replacement shakes. The flavor is great. The texture is smooth and thick and filling. It’s a great option for me to bring to work for lunch!

The shake tastes great not chalky like many. It’s very filling I feel like I ate a complete meal and I’m satisfied. I didn’t crave any snacks and I lost some body fat. Definitely recommend it.

I have been doing a biome secret replacement meal everyday for around 3 weeks now. I usually get nauseous in the morning if I don't eat breakfast. I was worried that I would still have a nauseous feeling while taking these shakes but I don't. I feel full and I don't have as many sweet cravings throughout the day. I would definitely recommend these shakes for a great meal replacement. I tried both the chocolate and vanilla caramel but my favorite is the vanilla caramel. I tried to change the flavors for my second order but couldn't find a way to edit the order. I had to cancel my subscription and start a new one to be able to change the flavors. That is why I rated 4 stars. It would be nice to be able to easily edit the flavors being recieved through a subscription without having to cancel it and remember to start a new one. Overall great experience though.

Great product and great customer service! Very tasty and filling, I have tried many meal replacements and they are usually not very tasty but all the flavors I tried have really good, highly recommend for anyone trying to lose some weight!

Love the taste and results. Losing a pound a week is realistic and I believe, the way to keep it off. I don't get hungry after drinking the shake and love how it's treating my gut. ;-)

Taste good however I have not lost any weight yet using it for over a month.
