These shakes are great. They taste good and fill me up!

Be aware of the refund policy. You cannot open the package of 14 packs to try and if they make you sick due to the sucralose/sweetener, you get no refund, not even a partial refund. over $100 lost on product I cannot use.

I'm trying to lose 15lb. When I was younger, losing weight wasn't so hard, but after I hit menopause, it became a totally different story... This shake makes me full and I don't have to eat anything after the one drink and it was surprising. One of my bad habit is eating during the night-I'm a night shift nurse, but taking this shake for my shift, I don't have to eat anything or if I need I usually have sliced apple or yogurt/cottage cheese fill me great. This was my first experience with a meal replacement protein shake to try and I wasn't sure how it works (other than replacing a meal). So, I was eating other 2 meals as usual (I don't eat junk food and I cook everyday for me and my family) and I just did literally only replace one meal with the shake. 2 weeks later (since starting the shake), I found that I didn't lose weight at all! So from the 3rd week I drastically changed my diet to low carb & high protein. Then by 4th week I lost weight 5 lb. I know everybody is different but I had to do more than just one meal replacement. Also I should mention that my exercise level is walking, not like going to gym level. I must announce that their prebiotics and postbiotics are definitely working! I went to restaurants occasionally and snacking junk, like potato chips...etc. These times, I had diarrhea without stomachache. It cleansed my digestive system-I LOVE that!!! It actually makes me more cautious what to eat! Also, when I eat out, I have 2 shakes for following meals. Then, my stomach gets what my body needs instantly :) and I can quickly back on track as well. Over all, I feel very healthy!! I hope I will see more weight to come off!!

Didn't work for me....I tried it like the instructions said and it gave me bad stomach cramps. It ships from Europe, so after emails back and forth they agreed to refund me, considering it cost just as much to return as the product cost to buy.

Cutting back on sugary drinks and carbs has allowed me to loose 4 pounds in 11 days.

The shakes are delicious! I ordered both the chocolate and the vanilla caramel and alternate them daily to replace my lunch. They are so incredibly satisfying and hold me for hours without having any hunger OR sweet cravings.

Best shakes ever! Don't leave me with cravings and they taste great.

This has been life changing for me. I absolutely LOVE the fact that I am getting a nutritious meal that fits so easy into my busy work life! Beyond the fact that this is so good for me, it is beyond delicious!!! Thank you for making my body and life healthier and happier ❤️
