I showed up on time for my 3:45 appointment but got sent to a waiting room for about 3 hours then when I was ready to leave, I was told that if I left I would have to start all over again. I stayed through the exam and initial blood draw. I went home and came back the next day. This time I only waited about half an hour but got very little direction from staff although I was a new doner. I did my donation and when I was finally done, I found out that I only got $40 for the 5 to 6 hours I spent there. No thanks, not going back although I would have got $90 for the second donation. If I had known I was only getting $40, I never would have started the whole process

I travel 30 miles each way to donate. If im turned away thats lost gas money. I donate on Tuesday and Thursday. This week I had a bruise on my arm where the needle was on Tuesday so today I'm told I can't donate. I can return tomorrow Friday but that means I can't return to my normal donation days next week of Tuesday and Thursday. Even though Friday to Tuesday is 4 days apart. So aggravating. I can understand this rule if it was Saturday to Sunday. Make it easier for us to donate and move our second donation a day when things happen. Also, it only takes 3 days to tell us we can't donate because our blood work was abnormal but 10 days to tell us we can return. I lost 3 weeks. This month. Finally, when we're finished donating, I have sat for 15 minutes waiting to be unhooked while 3 employees are talking with each other or to another person donating. I wouldn't be donating if I didn't need the money.

Is very important to donant for the pacients because they need it really.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a rewarding experience. Had to transfer to St. Paul Minnesota to get the best experience since I started my donation process in 2020. I've been to several establishments but the staff at this center go above and beyond to make your plasma donation experience a success. Thanks to all the staff that has dealt with me and I salute you and appreciate your hard work and dedication to the cause.
