I donate at the Wausau, Wisconsin BioLife facility. I've been donating here for almost 3 years. The ladies here do an amazing job. As soon as I walk in the door I get greeted with a big smile and a "Hi Dave!" I get the same greeting when I get to the donation area. I'm a red stick (thanks to the turkey veins in my left arm). During the week I like to alternate between my arms. On the days that I get my left arm poked I try to request that Mara be my poker. She's got so good at poking me that I don't even feel the needle go in anymore. Now that's a good poke! 41 pokes and counting. Mara is always so friendly, professional and smiling all the time. Promotions aren't consistent enough. If I am driving an hour away 40$ covers my gas and food. Wow thank you. Thats worth my time. Not really. Oh and guess what your protein is 5.9 today sorry sir you actually paid to come see us today.Dont worry though you can try again tomorrow,except you won't get your promotion now and your protein might be a point low so might pay to see us again. Have a nice day.NEVER AGAIN.

I brought my daughter with me just like I have in the past was told she could not stay in the waiting area. I’m not going to make my daughter wait out in the car in 110-115 degree heat. I served our country should bonus every time I donate not just once. Got cheated on my weekly bonus

BioLife has excellent customer service. They are engaging and friendly. What a dose of fresh air after being mentally and verbally abused at CSL Plasma for 15 years.

The staff was very helpful and was very nice to me was super patient. The process was professionally done didn't waste anytime. I would recommend anyone who's looking to donate to come to BioLife asap. New doner fees are great too. Overall had a great experience.!!
