The staff is always so nice place is clean and with the new machines the donation time is much faster. I never had a bad stick. They’re all very good here specially KY she is so funny and the perfect sticker don’t even feel it. She is amazing. I hope she makes Lead technician. She deserve it. Everybody tries to move so fast and efficient except for Brian. Slow as molasses lol just kidding. The staff is great and they all know the job and what they’re doing very kind. I love Bio Life shout out to KY,Raph &Hanna

Great place to get extra cash. All the employees are awesome.

That the staff are all friendly & caring.

Today was horrible some people are so inconsiderate to others, I mean come on the way you talk to a human being, it's not receptionist fault that you don't have the right credentials, way to stay humble Ms Priscilla most people would not have reacted like you, wish I could have said something to him, but that's I had to leave a review. @BIO.LIFE doing a wonderful job of hiring friendly and very courteous people.

Sorry, NOT sorry to give a one star review. I don't know how Biolife survives in this incredibly competitive industry with all the people they frustrate and turn away. EVERYTHING is more redudant and difficult just to get signed-on with them YET, they have what anyone would consider, DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT staff. AND, they constantly make excuses when confronted about their broken appointment and checkin system, the long lines because staff didn't show up to work, and how stressful the entire process is. I don't think they ever really check and re-calibrate when needed their screening equipment. They've literally sat up machines wrong in my presence and all they can say is "Sorry". FDA inspects donation centers atleast 3 time annually. They need to setup permanent offices at Biolife Facilities to monitor serious complaints from donees.

Allow me to express my profound admiration for the remarkable team at BioLife on Eagle. Attempting to encapsulate my outstanding experience in mere words feels inadequate, as the staff's excellence surpasses any description. Among them, nurses Anna and Angelina shine as examples of compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Interacting with them was an absolute privilege, leaving an indelible mark on me. Their exceptional qualities permeate the entire staff, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience. It's a rare delight to encounter a team so dedicated and proficient. If it were possible, I would gladly give them 10 stars, or 100, or 1000. My heartfelt gratitude goes to the entire staff for setting a standard of care and warmth that is truly unparalleled.

The staff at the Biolife in Kennesaw, GA is great. They do their best to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. The apt system is a little over booked sometimes but that’s not the staffs fault (it comes from above their pay grade). Over all good experiences!

I always have a great experience here. Especially when workers Bethany, Ismaye, Candice, shopie,Emily, Angela , Deanna and a few more. I absolutely love to be stuck by Bethany and Emily they are the best stickers!!! The facility is always clean the staff are all nice. Bethany Candice and ismaye brighten my day when I see them!
