I have been coming to Bio Life Belt Rd location. Today they were short staffed which is ok. When I have to wait over 30 minutes to start donation because Emery is literally dragging her feet is BS and unacceptable! Pull the camera on the green aisle from 5:35-6:00 pm

I have recently had issues in the Hayden Idaho location. Lots of bruising, unable to donate every week. On 7/10 I was going to ask for Michelle (she is fantastic) but she had a full section so I told Lexi that if she thought she could do it successfully then go ahead. to my surprise I had no bruising the donation went well. Lexi is very cheerful and I am going to add her to my list of people to ask for.

I have been going to the Biolife location in Mankato, Minn. for about 9 months. I find their staff very helpful, patient and courteous at all times. I have to be checked in each time by staff, as my fingerprints do not work. They are always helpful and and never show any agitation at my situation regardless of how busy they often are. Awesome staff and always a positive experience. Thank you all!!

Getting a good technician is a roll of the dice. They plunge the needle in my hard too deep, and their attitude is so nasty that you can't talk to them. Jordan was the technician who worked on me, my arm had a horrible bruise

Both my 1st and 2nd plasma visits were great. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Both visits - staff were quite busy but they still had smiles on their faces and answered my questions. I look forward to going to the Madison, WI BioLife again. You rock!!

some staff are very unprofessional , slow and getting you hooked up to donate and after you have completed the donation slow wait time. had my vein blow out because they didn't know what they were doing. (black and blue marks form them poking me trying to get a vein. asked a staff to check my line because it didn't fill right they let me set there said nothing was wrong(no blood flow)

I have been giving for about 6 months now. Had nothing but great service where I give. Biolife in Greenwood Indiana. It's a long process, about 3 hours on average, but knowing I am helping others is worth it to me. The Techs are professional and caring.
