Biolife Largo, FL was the worst place I've ever donated plasma, the staff was unprofessional and acted like everything was a chore. Took 6 hours to donate. It does pay well during the promotional period, but really it's not a comfortable place to donate plasma, old loud machines, people waiting for 30+ minutes just to be disconnected or to have a no flow fixed. Felt like a cow on its way to slaughter.

Discriminated against me because I have tattoos and when I was walking out and one of the workers said that tattoos are nasty anyways and that isn’t right so if I needed it I couldn’t get it bc you can’t take it from me so would you be able to pick it in my body if I needed it

Went for an annual physical and got turned away for an ankle issue??? What's this have to do with blood draw??my second year donating for this company and will be the last.. They discimninate and pick and choose who donates...I'll go elsewhere and get treated Like a real person..Not a number that they pay when they feel it's best for them...

I was at the Webster location service was great and my technician Destine was so great I mean she set up fast but was so patience with me .She was very informative and instructive.She also was resourceful within what to do and what not to do she really was a all around great experience that had mad me wanna come back !!!

Everything really was great, EXCEPT for the wait. I would go after work and set the appointment for 4:50 and I always arrived early, but I wouldn't usually get to leave until 7 or 730. The first appointment was actually faster because they let you cut in line and it takes only 2 hours including the physical. The follow-up visits are supposed to be a total of 1 hour, but that definitely won't happen. So appointments were consistently longer than 2 hours. This was at the San Bernardino location. I donated 6 times, but can't do it anymore because of how long it takes. BTW the actual donation portion only takes 35 minutes.

The center in 87th is brand new... I had an excellent team Patrice, Porschea and Jordan .. im back today and got Porschea.. great customer service both times even while busy.. Glad you are closer to me.

I signed up for the new donor incentive for 8 donations in a month. i provided the medical history as requested on my initial visit. I was able to donate a couple of times. I scheduled my 3rd donation but was not allowed to donate because my blood work had not yet come back. A couple weeks later I was called and told me my blood work came back fine and I could donate. I did a 3rd donation but my promo was about to expire because of the couple weeks I was not allowed to donate waiting on blood work. When I showed up for my fourth I was told I was not allowed to donate because I told them I had a cartilage tear in my knee appropriately 1 month ago during my initial visit. I took time to drive up there 5 times and only allowed to donate 3 times. I won’t be back, is not worth the hassle and time.

I stopped going for six months decided to give it another try and decided that I was right not to go back, three times in a row my iron was too low. The second time I went to get tested. The man told me my iron was 38 and it was supposed to be 39 well it’s 38 for women 39 for men he screwed up, and I feel like sometimes when the money is bigger, my iron seems to be low all the time. Maybe the irons too high for women, even with iron supplements, eating red meat and spinach and eggs the day before I go, doesn’t seem to cover it.
