First I’ve been giving plasma since last November… and it has been a great experience but 2 times in a month the machine I was hooked to messed up and both times it was right at the start once the number on the machine was 2 and the last time it was 1 they deferred me for 8 weeks that is just ridiculous. They said that because it happened twice I lost to many blood cells to donate for 8 weeks, sorry but I think this is going too far maybe a couple of weeks but 8 weeks is too many

The staff are friendly and organized. You’re in out within a hour. At least for me. They say I have good blood flow. LOL

Some of your people need to stop chit chatting so much...some people sit and wait...

Long lines, wish they could figure out a way to not have such long lines but the people that work ther are fantastic, very professional and I love donating!

The employees are always awesome but the wait times make it extremely difficult to donate. I have had to leave twice because visit was over 90 min and I had to pick up my kids.

This place is a joke. Way understaffed. What is the point of having an appointment? I arrived early and yet was still waiting to be acknowledged 45 minutes after my appointment time. Currently looking for a different place. I just don't have the time it takes to deal with the incompetency and inattentiveness.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. The workers are pleasant, organized and efficient. Your debit card is updated right after each appointment. Highly recommend this place.

I go to the one on se 14th street in des moines iowa everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is a very fast process from start to finish
