Wait times are highly unpredictable. I've been there 2-3 hrs every time i've gone. I have been sent to a flooded section only to watch the 5 other people in line behind me get beds and hooked up while i'm still the 3rd waiting in a section. There is also a particular nurse at the Lenexa location that CAN NOT get my veins. I've had her 3 times despite going at various days/times. She gets me started then always leaves, someone has to come readjust and or go to the other arm! I've also had to be cleaned up multiple times because i'm bleeding down my arm as a result.

Great think to do, but with increasing cost of everything. Don't know if worth doing anymore at $115. Starting to take too much time.

Friendly, helpful, and informative. There can be a wait sometimes, but that's to be expected, lots of people and the process can only go so fast.

I go to the Moreno Valley location. Everyone there is very nice and professional. My reluctance to continue is because of the long processing time. 2+ hours from appointment time to completion and leaving the office is a long time. It would be nice to have a location in the Hemet area. I have a 45 minute drive from my house and a 1.5 hour drive from work.

The experience with Biolife becomes problematic from the beginning. The Schedulle does not have enough available spots for donation in the morning making it impossible for me to donate regularly since I can only donate very early in the morning. There are not enough workers to help us inside the plasma center. Lines are always over 1:45 minutes for a 30 to 35-minute donation after you are connected to the machine! (the reason why I can't donate in the afternoon. I'm not a complainer and I'm usually very patient with the lines, but lately, I have been considering changing the donation center because the lines are getting worse. If you consider the amount of time you wait in the line along with the donation time the amount paid is not enough to make it worth waiting!!! Workers are aways nice though....

Our Stevens Point facility is so nice. The techs and nurses are all so friendly. They are hard workers and always pleasant. The new machines are nice. Love my center.

I've never had a real problem with BioLife. I recently got banned for 8 weeks because the machine malfunctioned. This happened to me 2 times in a month so I get banned. They even said it had nothing to do with me, it was the machine. What a crock!! I think they need to update their policies.

The entire process from booking an appointment to getting paid is very streamlined and easy. Wait times can still vary greatly, but employees are always doing their best.
