Staff are very kind caring, and reassuring and very well communicated

Everything goes smoothly until u get to the being stuck process. The phlebotomists take forever sticking u bc they are more interested in talking about after work plans then worried about getting us in and out

HORRIBLE!! ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING OR SOME REASON YOU CANT DONATE THAT DAY.... AND THE LINES ARE STUPID LONG 3 HOUR WAIT JUST TO GET HOOKED UP

Choua was excellent and handled my “smaller” vein like a pro. She was very gentle in caring for me, listening and even following protocol when I had a reaction. I hope she can care for me every visit, that’s how happy her care for my veins was. I had little to no bruising at all. She made the donation a happy experience.

The wait time was way too long. They need more employees

Not enough staff...no sense of urgency with the little bit of staff they have...the only goo thing is Alex ...he was great and got my needle in 1st try

The person who put the needle in my arm had no idea what they were doing and afterwards my arm swelled up and my whole arm is bruised all the way down

Biolife Independence, MO location. I've been donating for the past six months and as a whole it's been an unpleasant experience. Majority of the staff is unfriendly or plain rude. On three different occasions, three different workers the stick was extremely painful due to the inexperienced worker. I even spoke management and they were rude as well.
