In Methuen, Ma the needle wasn’t in right. They wiggled and adjusted it with no luck. They had to start again on the other arm. So, of course my arm was bruised. It’s been 2weeks and the bruise is still there so I can’t donate. The lines are always long and employees are in no hurry.

I’m very disappointed in Pay that I’ve received and it seems all white and other races get paid more then black donors and I’ve decided not to continue donating plasma via BioLife at this time! Until they change their policies I’m ever donating there ever again.

The staff are all very happy, friendly and create an inviting environment. They even remember your name quickly. They all seem to get along and like their working environment. They are very good at their job and make the process painless. If they need to make needle adjustments or if you have to wait a bit because it is a busy time they offer a sincere apology and let you know they'll be with you as soon as possible. I find it to be a very pleasant and relaxing experience that my husband and I do together. It’s a wonderful way to help people out and a bonus to earn money.

The technicians are professional, very kind and caring. They are concerned if you are feeling ok. The most important issue is timing. People need to remember the Techs are doing their best and giving each person the time needed for a positive experience. Sometimes you have to wait - the line is long - do I like that - not really but be patient! BioLife on E. State Street Rockford, IL - You are all the BEST!!

The wait is insane. The staff are the best people . Management sucks because they fail to schedule effectively. No way is it financially motivating for me to go and give up 3-4 hours of my day to give plasma. The process used to be much faster, and the payout was 2x. If Biden did not ruin our economy, manage t at BioLife would not be able to run the facility the way they do. Unfortunately, just like real wages and the value of the dollar today, a donors time is severely decreased when you go to BioLife. Gillian ‘s tour was faster than a donation.
