Great workers in Mankato, MN! I can never feel them even stick the needle in my arm!!

The facility in Benbrook TX really sucks, The people doing the check up's to make sure your ok to donate spend a lot of time BS with each other,the fat black girl does everything she can to NOT!!! do her job [ie] comes in to the area where physicals are taken in order to donate she will put on her white smock then she will leave and come back some time later and drag her ass before waiting on someone. I have been turned down because my heart rate was 109 but the previous donation 2 days before was 108 and I was accepted. They will have people lined up all the way back to the restrooms but on the donation floor there will be a minimum of 6 empty beds not set up . This facility is POORLY OPERATED.

I love BioLife Loveland, Colorado. I’ve been donating for a year and a half and the technicians and phlebotomists seem like family. I look forward to donating. Getting paid for donating is the frosting on the cake, and it is nice to know people are being helped.

I’ve had nothing but great service at two locations where I live. I’ve been at the one in Lakeland Florida, and in Greenwood Indiana…I must say, the one in Florida does seem to go a little quicker, but quality of service was great in both places.
