Biolife Plasma ServicesReviews of biolifeplasma.com

Every time I donate I love seeing this awesome technician even though I am a pain because my vain always trying to collapse on me but shout to the red stick technician, specifically to Ashley, Naomi, Iliana, and the rest of red stick crew. I’m sorry if my vain are small.i been donating there in Pat Booker BIOLIFE since 2022 around August.

I so enjoy my BioLife. The employees are so friendly, courteous and genuine when dealing with customers. They will always take a moment to talk and are quick to be helpful. I was in and out in under an hour!

Everyone is professional and friendly. Facility is clean and relaxing.

The Colorado Springs location is horribly understaffed. The last several times I have been there it has taken 2.5 to 3 hrs to complete a donation. Honestly not worth the time anymore.

excellent service. the last promotion a mistake 40 dollars for a donation, they are stealing my plasma. CLS Plasma pays $125 for the donation.

I have been giving plasma at BioLife for almost a year and every single appointment has been a quick and easy and pleasant experience. Every person you meet from the time you walk in the door is quick, friendly, professional and a joy to work with from the staff at the front desk to the doctors and nurses that do the physicals to the ladies and gentlemen who take your initial vitals and blood to the ones who hook you up to the machines. I highly recommend this Boise location for your next plasma donation.

Great customer service and very helpful team and a great experience

The staff is professional and efficient. This center is swamped but they remain cool and collected (PEARLAND TX)
