Fkn terrible. There are two female employees who work in the same section together. And over the last 3-4 weeks when I come in they'll leave me sitting for a good 30 minutes before they tell me to move to a different donation station. Then I'll sit another 15-20 mins. All the while at least 5 people get stuck with the needle and are donating. Then, when I finish and my machine is ringing, and each time when they can tell that I'm upset by their antiques or they see my anxiety shooting through the roof about being late to the next and I have they start talking really condescendingly. I'm really considering going elsewhere.

Biolife Plasma Services in San Marco was very friendly when it first opened. Now they are short staff the front desk lady talks down to people and it's a hit or miss with staff. I have also had to call several times to get my money loaded onto my card properly. Sometimes it takes over night. Card services said this happens a lot. Imagine the money they are making both directions! Giving can take over two hours!

Went in on Dec. 28 to the Lafayette location, the phlebotomist whom stuck me looked inexperienced and nervous. Soon as the process started the machine started to cut off because of return issues. They had to readjust causing pain and discomfort. The phlebotomist couldn't care less about my discomfort. I was taken off and received $20 when I was suppose to receive 100.$ 20 for my time pain and plasma. Wish I could put zero stars.

I recently donated and I ended up with a hematoma. As a result that arm was not viable to provide plasma until the bruising was gone. I could still use my other arm, which they used that day. The next time however, they refused to let me donate stating I did not have two veins showing in that arm. The next time, they said there were two. As a result, I lost that days about which wad part of a promotion. I lost $100 as a result. I feel their practices are ambiguous and they are uncaring.

The staff is very nice and professional but the customer service could be better. I had just started to donate in Nov 2023 and was using a promotion when on my 2nd donation I was deferred because the lab misplaced my donation so I had to wait over a week before I could donate again. They did extend my promotion for a few days but right after that the technician blew out veins in both of my arms the same day and I had very large hematomas so I again could not donate for a couple of weeks, at that point my promotion was $115 each time when it expired. When I spoke with management about extending my promotions due to the negligence of their tech he said "no" that hematoma's are just a risk that you run. Let me tell you that when the saline runs under your skin it is painful!! Especially twice! I will probably not be donating with Biolife
