The service all together is great but I hope that all glitches are taken care of from your IT department because I did experience an 24hr delay in my last donation.

I just started donating this month. I was referred by my granddaughter. She received $ for referring me. Wait time has been more than I expected. But all of the staff are professional, courteous, and friendly. I enjoy each encounter with a staff member. I do not know all of their names. Golbey is very nice and does a great job. Cassie is always moving quickly and smiling. After researching plasma donating, I feel a sense of really helping by giving plasma. Thank you, BioLife, for having a clean top of the line facility.

I have been going for sometime. The people who work there are very kind and treat you well. They answer your questions.

I think this place is a great place to donate plasma……… if you’re not deferred a lot like I am. Because of my anxiousness, anxiety, and the fact I know that I going to have a needle stuck in my arm, my pulse is always high. Every other time, I’m able to give smoothly. But on the other times, it’ll be because I something that’s either high sugar or high and sodium. Make sure you are extremely hydrated and extremely healthy.

Great staff I prefer the woman phlebotomist over the men just my preference and if they stick.you wrong make sure you tell them just be polite about it either way very clear. And friendly clinic

The company is constantly in staff shortage. The donation portion is not bad, but check in is time consuming. I also find that some think they are Jacques Cousteau, and think they are hunting a whale with a harpoon gun.

Didn't get paid for over 2 days after the last donation. Very unprofessional attitude at this location recently, with a NURSE telling someone that they couldn't hydrate the morning of a donation, as the water would just sit in their stomach for hours (water is evacuated in 5 to 20 minutes). They are mostly competent, but staffing has been an issue recently at this location. They threatened to fire a phleb recently and now everyone is on edge and making it uncomfortable for donors (not to mention that they won't shut down people who refuse to use headphones during donations). AND, they lowered the rate of the 2nd weekly donation by 5 bucks, when each donation sells to their own vertically integrated drug company for 1000 bucks, that plasma making the drug company 18,000 bucks! Cheap.
