Completely understaffed
Completely understaffed, the wait time standing in line is longer than the donation itself. there should be no reason that i have to spend 2 1/2 hours there to donate. and when i finally get a seat i'm waiting 10-20 mins for them to jab the needle in my arm aggressively. I understand they're in a rush to get everyone in and out but take your time when stabbing me with that harpoon of a needle in me and when my machine is clearly going off for 25+ mins indicating that it's finished don't walk by me 5 times ignoring me when i see you clearly not doing anything. i got other things going on and other things i want to do instead of having to wait on you to yank the needle out of my arm and pretending like it doesn't hurt when you do that. other times when its slow and the staff isn't running around like some restaurant workers during a dinner rush its decent experience, i'm in and out within an hour. they should definitely need to put out some waiting chairs or something because having to stand for an hour, hour and half some nights is ridiculous.
