Showed up for my appointment and was told they were only accepting donations that night for the special trial due to staff shortages. There was no message sent, no apology, no coupon offered just we aren’t taking donations. I sent a site review feedback and never received a response. They did send sorry we missed you note like I didn’t show! Disappointed they couldn’t even respond.

BioLife has been a great resource for a little extra cash and the chance to help others at the same time! The techs are very knowledgeable and take their time with you to make it as painless and enjoyable as possible. It doesn’t take much to set it all up and the extra money has been great for me and my family!♥️

I really do like the people that work here and the clean environment. The only thing that made me give it 3 stars is that they seem to over schedule and understaff. I spent more time waiting in line for the finger poke than I did donating.

I have been donating for over 3 years in the Grandville Mi, facility. And this far I have been very satisfied with their services. They are fast, efficient and friendly they make me feel very comfortable during the whole process. They behave professionally. I believe the pay is fair per donation and I like the new loyal points idea. I will continue to donate to help those who are in need. keep up the good work!

I've been donating at Pearland location miya n Mira do great job services and Caren concerns about your visit all employees do fast n concerning about your visit going smoothly so if in area come by Pearland location on kirby dr have a safe n healthy new years 😀

The employees are great. There are a few things, I don't like. Waiting inline, first to get vitals and then waiting for a bed. Not all sections open or not all beds in sections. New machines are faster, however the waiting, makes the tima about the same. The pay,I think full-time donors, should receive bonuses. Get one amount for month or so, then it gets decreased.
