The facility has one person working the front!! Wooltina was her name she was very rude with her unpleasant demeanor!!! This was the second day we went the first was pleasant.. we had a nice lady that day .. the second day wootina was real rude to another black guy/my husband .. they make you feel like you need them looking down on you bc you are donating blood.. plasma whatever !! I have money in the bank was just going to get xtra money!! But the people there are very rude .. the one sticking your finger don’t even know what she is doing ! 10/10 do not recommend

Very unprofessional. Draw labs and take 3 weeks to process. Turn away from donating once you get there. Talked to a manager who put me on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up on me. Then she wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called back numerous times. No protein lab takes 3 weeks.

I've been going to biolofe for about 2 years, and have always had a good experience. The staff are all professional and friendly and very good and finding my small veins. It's been a good source of extra cash, and I'll keep going for sure.

Was a long non professional wait for my donation. Waited in a chair for a nurse for over 35 minutes. Only for her to tell me how busy she is and that she cant even pee or take a break. Sat in a chair wating for a phlebotomist for over 15 minutes. I was not impressed. Referred someone and they couldnt get the referral code to work and said they didnt have the time to figure it out. Not sure Ill go back.
