Absolutely the positive and helpful attitude of all staff employees

Worst customer service ever!! Will never ever go back. Manager at my center just thinks you are a piece of crap. Asked for a District Manager to call me and explain to me about an issue and was told by Ass't manager that since I need to speak with a D.M. I was not welcomed back to biolife because of their serious mistake and it sounds like instead of getting reprimanded for the mistake it would be easier for them just to deny this loyal donor from coming back just because I wanted to speak to someone higher outside the location because they could not provide me the information on my issue. Terrible and treats you like you are way below them.

I visited the site in Riverdale, Maryland and was immediately taken aback by the line of people ahead of me, although an appointment is required. While I understand it's a business, it's also a medical facility. Besides me, I only saw two people wearing a mask or shield and they were employees. Other staff members were unmasked as were virtually every donor on the premises, many of whom looked as if health maintenance was not a priority. Fortunately, I couldn't donate because one of my blood pressure numbers were a point above where it should be. After reading other reviews and considering my initial visit I'm now cancelling my rescheduled date. I don't feel safe from a medical perspective to revisit and donate.

Great staff.. very clean and organized place

Had to have a physical which I understand been awhile since my last appointment so had finger poke and answered questions then waited to see a nurse was going good told her had a surgery two days prior she said I couldn't donate which ok I then ask a question why do you guys do the finger poke before a physical Incase someone can't donate you save them a finger poke she said that's our policy if you don't like it just leave blew my mind I didn't ask in a rude tone of voice just asked a question as to why and that's how I was treated very disrespectful and can't imagine you have an employee treat people like that i will not return

Let me tell you what the f*** went wrong with this company they treat you like s*** they f****** your arms and veins they're very incompetent they don't know how to do the job you wait f****** 3 to 4 hours in line and let me tell you something I have Princess Diana bloodline and these b****** will never get my plasma again and I will call the news about the s***** treatment I've been treated by them f*** this place they f****** suck bet
