Always a problem when going to this facility - so much so that I did not even finish the promo and waived the remaining $500 left to earn as a new donor and went back to my old plasma center where I earned half as much. I have donated at other companies never a problem

I really like the staff at the findlay location. They are very friendly and they know me by name. They are always helping their fellow co-workers. And they are very gentle with the procedures.

If you plan on donating, give yourself at least 2 hours for the Maple Grove location. They way overbook-10-20 minute wait for checkin/vital stat test then wait in line for another 10 minutes or more to get to couch for procedure with another wait to get hooked up. Computers often lock up at end of survey. They know clients are not liking long waits. They give you 5 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment time and then above delays start.

They discriminate against people of Caucasian they have discriminated against me several times and again today by putting me out of the building there's a woman that works there she's a African American she has discriminated against me from day one and then again today by telling me to leave the building when I had went back in at 10:25 a.m. the other lady said she shouldn't have done that to me and she apologized for the woman that put me out of the building she didn't put anyone else out of the building just me and all this is being recorded at that plasma center so if they say I'm a liar check the video it shows everything I am going to contact corporation tomorrow from there I will contact better Business from there I will contact the lawyer and maybe even the news she raised my blood levels up because I was very upset because I don't deserve this kind of treatment raise them up so high that I was unable to donate plasma today I've been driving 45 minutes to get there and back which takes me over 2 hours there and back to donate plasma gotten to the point I probably won't go again I took my nephew in there today for his first donation and they discriminated against him and would not allow him to donate the one lady named Tasha or however you pronounce her name it's very racist against anyone that isn't the same color as she is this should not be allowed I don't appreciate being discriminated against!!!

I go in for my physical and to review my questionnaire. They tell me a new girl is going to put my info in. It takes like an hour to an hour and a half for her to put my info in. And then at the end, the trainer says “here is why you can’t donate”. Her reasons were all based off the first question they ever asked me. They had me sit there all that time when she KNEW she wasn’t going to even let me donate. My boyfriend and I were supposed to be doing this together. But they wouldn’t let me donate. It was ridiculous. Thank god for the girl at the front desk. She was kind and I appreciated her. But the nurse that was training the girl in the back was inconsiderate.

In Hayden ID. A few weeks ago i sign up as a new donor. They told me I couldn't donate the first week but put me in the system for the 2nd week. They had a promotion for new donors of $900. The 2nd week I was able to donate and they drew a small amount of blood to check for protein levels. I did two donations on that week. By the 7th day they were suppose to call me about those levels but they didn't. I went in on the 3rd week and they denied me because my level was 5.4 the week before. They stuck my finger and protein levels were fine and I donated twice the 1st week. It's suppose to be 6.0 and above. But there was an extra small spike in the graph and they made the excuse that i couldn't donate. I went back the 2nd time of the 3rd week and they gave themselves a reason again for me not to donate and took another sample of blood. So they are literally preventing me from donating to get the $900. That's over $400! And to also put an expiration date on receiving the $900 vouture they promote. The first blood drawn on the first week or 2nd has absolutely no affect on the 3rd week for protein levels but they will tell you "to keep you safe" which is a lame reason/excuse why they don't want to honor the voucher they promote....AND by putting an expiration date on it which is B.S. so they don't have to pay you. Hell...it would be too easy for them to stick your figure to find out the protein level. What a fricken SCAM!! Especially when you need the money to survive unemployment. The gov. tells people the same thing and uses the same word...."safe" to manipulate people. They're total stupid and have no common sense at all! They just want to get out of paying you the promotion they put in place. You don't need an expiration date for it. Stupid!!
