They know me by name and are always appreciative of the time and plasma I donate each week. I go twice a week and appreciate the reimbursement for my donations.

The staff at the St Point location rocks! Everyone has been kind and helpful throughout my three years of donating. Often, my entire donation process is done in one hour which was not the case at an understaffed nearby center. I appreciate not dealing with coupons any longer but miss the frequency bonus.
