I paid $110 for a textbook which I've needed but still don't have and they never reached out to me letting me know it was "lost in transit" so here I am a month later with no textbook, and I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This is BS. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I received missing material. Ordered Flash cards however, missing 14 cards. Sent messagea to request for refund. It is in two weeks I have not hear from them. No email, no call.

My order was very affordable and I had no problems with shipping, but my order wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I ordered a book of flute solos, instead I got a book with the flute part and accompaniment part all on the same pages, which any musician knows isn't ideal to read from. Usually these kinds of books come with extra copies of just the flute music, but I guess since I bought it used, it didn't come with it. If used items don't come just like the new ones do, there should at least be a note somewhere to let me know that it doesn't come with everything.

READ shipping options very closely. Granted that I chose economy shipping but I did not realize that the 4 - 8 business days starts upon the DAY OF SHIPMENT which could mean a week or two after the order was placed which is exactly what happened to 1 of the 3 books I ordered. Unfortunately the other 2 books I ordered has not even shipped yet and the order was placed more than 8 business days ago. At this time I have no clue when it will arrive, I am very unhappy but will not cancel order but lesson learned,

I appreciate being able to purchase used books in good condition
