Don't buy from this website!! Complete SCAM!
It's been over two weeks since I have ordered my book and yet I have no information whatsoever on where it may be nor any other sort of information given on the book either. I am highly believing that this site is really a scam for the most part trying as its just too vague on the information of tracking my order and especially contacting any representatives. I was not able to contact anyone as I called several times about asking for a full refund on the book or information on tracking my order but was only told to contact via email which I have already, but no response.... I am really really disgusted by the management of the company and I am currently waiting to receive a refund from my order. Such a waste of time and a total rip-off to many students who are ordering books for the needs for their education. Such a complete SCAM!

The book you ordered has the availability of “Usually Ships in 3-5 Business Days", this was listed on the website at the time of your order. This means generally it takes 3-5 business days for the item to arrive from the publisher/vendor before shipment. However, during peak season it can be a little longer it just depends on the supplier. Your order has been refunded in full, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. I ordered a book 8/29 for my daughter…
I ordered a book 8/29 for my daughter in college. She is now in class and doesn't have any book or even know if she is getting the book. I want all my money refunded including the shipping fees as it sure took 2 seconds to get that money out of my bank.. No excuses!! I will be filing with the BBB. It still says order processing and no communication whatsoever. DO NOT USE this website or this company. It needs to shut down immediately. This is a total scam.

I ordered my book on Wednesday and I still haven’t received it and I did one day shipping and I still haven’t received my book. I need to know if this site is a total scam, I want a refund or my book. I hope this issue can get involved.

ISBN9780495792291 usually ships out within 48 hours, however during peak season it can be a little longer it just depends on the supplier. In cases like this, you can either hold the order and see if it ships out in the next few days or you can cancel the order for a full refund. I will email you directly with this information as well. Is this a scam?
I am very concerned that this site is a total scam. They took my money and it’s been over 2 weeks and book has not shipped. My daughter desperately needs this book and is having issues with not being able to complete her assignments because this company is refusing to send us what we paid for. Extremely upset.
