DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I ordered a book that was never shipped. I tried to cancel and was told the label was just now created for shipping and could not get a refund. This was 12 days after I ordered the book. This place is crap and does not care to help a student who simply needs a book.

i paid extra for 2 day shipping on sept 2 however, my order has not arrived. i checked my order and somehow my order has been processing and not yet shipped???!!! i contacted the customer service live chat since it was the only thing linked to contact them and it tells me i ordered on august 31st and that ordering my book for that date was not available at that time??!?! i corrected the live chat and i said that the order was placed on the 2nd. i reached out to the email provided on the website however the email stated "Please note that this inbox is not monitored, and messages sent here will not be reviewed or receive replies." and showed me the help desk.... why is it so complicated to get updates on my order?!! i desperately need these textbooks for my class and customer service has been very poor please do not order from this website if you are looking to get fast shipping. my mistake was searching for an affordable website to get my book purchased and using this website to make a purchase because it seemed promising... :(

I ordered a book. thirty minutes later they email me saying they are refusing to ship my order due to me having not returned a previous rental. I inquired what rental it was and they said I had rented the same book I just bought. That wasnt true. Eventually after lots of headaches they shipped book. 2 weeks after I ordered still no book recieved...

I ordered a needed book on the 11th of January. And I paid the extra fee for expedited shipping. 11 days later and I still have not received the needed book. I have tried contacting customer service and only get the option to message a bot. I would not recommend this company to anybody

As an 85 year old on $800/ SS, I rented a used college book for my Granddaughter. Since I was ill and in the hospital ER, I missed the return notice for 2 weeks. The company immediately changed me for the late rental return over $150 which is over $200 with rental, 25% of my monthly stipend. Checking on line today, the book is valued at $17 dollars. No response from the company after emails were sent. Hopefully, the State on Kentucky will provide me with my options as a Senior Citizen

Terrible! It took over 2 weeks for my school book to arrive because they had the wrong address, and then I was promised an access code to get into the course material, which turned out to be a lie! I had to purchase ANOTHER access code to obtain the Cengage material. Ended up costing me over $300! I do not recommend buying from Bigger Books.

I rented a book from this site (which glitches all the time and is extremely difficult to navigate) and got a confirmation email. Then when there was no update for a week, I sent a request to find out where my book was. Then I contacted customer support. Neither emailed me and finally I used the chat option. They told me the card had failed. If that was the case, I would have expected an email notifying me or no confirmation email. I would have expected notice that I wasn't receiving a book, especially a textbook which I need by a certain time for my classes.

Do not trust this website if it is anything important. Ordered a book and half a week later they inform me that they didn’t actually have it in stock (after they took payment).
