It Took about two weeks for my box to arrive and when it did it was completely empty. It appeared as if someone had open the box and taking out the books. However the customer service representative was very helpful and ordered me books that would be overnight me however I am still waiting on that to come. Not sure what happened but I don't think it was the company's fault.

My experience with bigger books has been hassle free. the delivery was timely and the books were in good shape. the price was very affordable and I have recommended this site to my classmates
