I paid a book for price of more than 200 usd and I have been waiting for more than 11 days, and it is not delivered yet. Terrible service

Ordered the book on August 30 and as of today, September 23, I still have not received the book.

I ordered a used book and was pleasantly surprised that the book looks brand new. I would definitely order from BiggerBooks again.

Book arrived quickly and in great shape, as advertised..

I ordered a $150 textbook and paid for expedited shipping. I was sent the wrong book. I then chose to order the textbook from a different company because I was told I would not be sent a replacement from BiggerBooks until I had returned the incorrect book. By this point I was in a time crunch because my daughter was starting school and needed the book. I mailed the incorrect book back two days after I received it. Two weeks later I had not received a refund. I tried calling the company. There are NO customer service representatives available by phone. I did the live chat on several occasions, spending HOURS of my day waiting in line to speak to someone. I finally chatted with someone who informed me it would take up to 7 days to re-shelve the incorrect book and then another THIRTY days to receive my refund. 30 days??? Absolute nonsense. This was a mistake made by the company. They sent me the wrong book. Now they're holding $150 plus almost $20 in shipping fees for THIRTY days. Horrible customer service. Horrible response time to emails, etc. No regard for the customer's time. Very disappointing.
