DONT BE TEMPTED. I ordered something more than 2 months ago thinking the lower price might be worth it if it works out, but I'm now still trying to recover my payment.

I don't think this is a scam. I just think he's bit off a good deal more than he can chew. He offers things for sale, runs out of them, and can't figure out how to deal with lingering orders for items he no longer has.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent CS Manager needs to be replaced! How do they stay in business?!?! Where's the owner wouldn't they like to know they're losing business$$$$$$????????$$$$!!!!!!!!

Ordered a baby seat and it arrived quickly. I had also ordered an activity gym but they emailed I would be refunded because they were out of stock. 4 days later my credit appeared for the activity gym. I will be ordering more items from their site

Ordered 3 items, paid for 3 items, but they only sent 1 item. After sending them a couple of emails, nothing has happened.

I ordered 2 boxes of Slim Jim’s. They did not taste good. I sent them and email and their response was, “we don’t want to process this request.” DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give them a zero, I would.

Absolutely a fake company. I purchased an item and received several follow up emails, the last saying my order was "complete" but providing no shipping details. When you pay, it's to a personal PayPal account (Asian name). I responded to one of the emails and received a message that the address didn't exist. Citicards issued my refund almost immediately which tells me they're aware of this ripoff.

I ordered from big big mart on the 14 th of August and I received all of my packages but in separate shipments. Thanks shipping was fast and all of my questions were answers through email. But I was told that I am l lucky costumer thanks again.
