I placed an order with Bigbigmart which unfortunately turned out to be out of stock, so they substituted it with another size. However, due to space constraints, the larger size would not work for me. I contacted a Bigbigmart representative via email and was text back I believe the following day. Their customer service was very apologetic, responsive, and willing to be as accommodating as possible. Ultimately I opted to just cancel this particular order, and was refunded immediately. Any disappointment of not being able to get the original order was outweighed by the service rep’s commitment to provide a positive resolution, so I am much appreciative, and look forward to ordering items from Bigbigmart in the future.

the Bigbigmart customer service are very good ,and professional. They always respond to my concerns and they solve my issues . the prices are good and shipping are good consider to the covid 19 the pandemic like all the other company

I ordered a costume because it went with my 4 year olds theme. The little mermaid. It said it was shipped from the USA and it would be delivered 4 days before Halloween. Once I placed the order I got a confirmation email. After 2 days, I emailed them to ask when they would ship my order. Once they finally sent me a shipment confirmation 2 days after that. I realized it was being shipped from over seas. Really?! I reached out again and told them I wouldn’t get it in time. They apologized and sent me a return slip. Looking at that I realized they charged me 75% more than what they want to refund me. I just received the package right now. It’s now November 2nd. That’s 6 days late and I Wasn’t able to dress up with my 4 year old daughter. I’m really upset ( not the words I’d like to say) at lying sites like these. How are they even able to still operate.

After reading so many reviews, the negative ones especially stood out. I first went on the site and saw a few things that were definitely fishy. Firstly, the phone number is a google number.... not what you'd expect for customer service. Secondly, the categories that were set up, were done by some amateur which can't seem to understand the basics of our culture. For example, there is plenty of food but no category with that name....strange. Finally, the chat showed a picture of a foreign person which can some times lead you to other fake sites of which I've encountered over the years. Bottom line, I was skeptical but I used my Amex just in case. I ordered almost $150 worth of groceries and checked out. Surprisingly, there was no shipping fee. The prices were certainly in line with the big discount stores like costco and Bj's etc. The following day they sent me 2 fedex numbers for my order and 2 days later a few boxes showed up. The fedex showed everything was delivered but after going through my boxes, only half the stuff were there. Hmmm, I thought for sure there was some kind of scam to only send me half the order but charge me for the whole thing. However, the next day they sent me an email showing another order number and the following day the remainder of the order came. Bottom line, they seem to be trying to compete with the big guys. The prices are warehouse prices and no shipping fees, however they are somewhat disoriented in with the influx of orders and trying to keep up. I'm impressed, especially cause my expectations were skeptical at first. I'd definitely order from them again with these prices. Great Job. Nezmo

I ordered an item from them through ebay. It was delivered by Amazon Prime and when I checked on the Amazon website I saw that the seller had increased the price by almost 60%. When I left a negative review, they gave a partial refund, which was good, but after reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. It’s blatant profiteering. I would you suggest compare their price with Amazon before buying from them.

I ordered some bumble bee tuna. Everything came as expected. I had a great experience with them. I was amazed of how fast I received my order. I do recommend this company and I'll definitely order from them again.

I ordered some vitamins from Bigbigmart and received the fedex tracking email in two days. I found a few bottles missing and sent a message to them. They immediately sent me a package the following day. The vitamins I received have good shelf life. With the big saving I have got, I would highly recommend the company and will buy from them in the future!
