I don't believe in USA i placed 3 order from bibigmart.com but company has no response almost i placed 1000 usd.... I m trying reach to company by phone but no response..

I ordered a total of 6, I received 2 and a week later got a notice that the rest of my order was on its the way and the change came out of my account. No products show up. I find the tracking number and find it was sent to a wrong address in a different state. I call and write and cannot get a reply. I still want the rest of my order. Can you return my call or answer my emails? Oh, I see the remark/review is sent to the same email address that I keep writing to, so I guess they won't reply to this either.

Unbelievable I bought a lot of things almost a week I paid almost 800 Usd no order, no response, no confirmation !!! What’s going on!!!

Placed a order online because they appeared in Google shopping. Order was never confirmed or shipped. Called and the number goes to a google phone. That is the first warning. Looked up there address and it show a house and not a company. That was the second warning. Trying to get my money back through paypal as I type this.

SCAMMER! I cannot get through to ANYONE ABOUT MY ORDER! They have my money and do no respond to email or calls. BTW, their phone number is a Google Voice phone - a clear sign that this is a scammer! REPORTED TO PAYPAL!

Ordered liquid vitamins. They sent package through UPS with a request to"return to sender" as soon as they sent it. Never recieved my order and no way to contact. Business is a SCAM

Cannot call anyone to answer the phone. Nobody responds to emails. Will never order through them again. They sent my package to the wrong post office and my order was sent back to them. My address was correct. I need them to credit me back my money. Will have to go through my credit card company not to pay the bill.

I ordered AND PAID FOR a 180-count bottle of vitamins but only received a 90-count bottle. Cannot get ahold of anyone to address this, nor will bigbigmart return my emails.
