SCAM ARTISTS. F grade from Better Business Bureau. RUN AWAY!

What others have written with the 1 star's is 100% correct. I placed an order and 5 days later I received an email with the order number and tracking #. That was also the same day they ran my transaction with PayPal and my credit card was charged. Two days after that I received another email stating that they were out of stock and my order was canceled. They also said that "We "Void" amount you have transferred to our account for you. That means we do not accept your money." The charges never were credited on my credit card. Like a previous caller mentioned when you try to call them it goes to Google and they never pick up. They never call back if you leave a message. I also tried to contact them on their web site and they never responded. When I tracked the tracking number they sent me it showed delivered by UPS but nothing was delivered. When I called UPS they said the shipment was delivered but not to my address and I was not listed as the recipient. UPS told me who the shipper of the shipment with my tracking number was and it was another company. When I called them they did not know who bigbigmart.com is. The odd part is that they did ship a shipment with the tracking number that I was provided with on my order but they also said it was shipped to someone else and they showed my ordered voided. At this point that company has passed my information to their fraud department and I will be working with them to try to recover the charges that were put on my credit card. I'm not sure if this company is a total scam or just a really bad eCommerce company but not matter which I HIGHLY recommend you DON'T do business with them.

I ordered 2 vessel sinks from this place. The price was the lowest. Sinks arrived at my door in 5 days. I had no issues. I would order again from them.

Alarm bells going off with an order I placed on 12/30/19. Although I received a confirmation e mail that the order was placed no results. A week has passed and this company has NOT EVEN SHIPPED the items. I never post bad reviews but I definitely make an exception at this time. Customer service severely lacking and the phone number just goes to a Google vm...no customer service! I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY~ SCAM!

Do Not deal with this lame operation. As stated by another dissatisfied buyer, information was vague, the phone goes to Google Voice, which means it's a pretend phone number, and is unanswered. Emails get no reply. If you pull up the address on Google street view and zoom in, it's an empty office space. When I checked my order status it showed as "pending" until payment is received. Sorry, but standard procedure for online sales is that the transaction doesn't go through until the order is shipped. Due to this order sitting in limbo, neither my credit card company or pay pal can do anything. Now it's up to me to be vigilant and check for any charges against my card. Worst on-line experience I've ever had.

Bigbigmart apparently does not answer calls or respond to voicemails or emails. Product has not been received, unable to get refund. I am filing complaint and will go through my bank to hopefully get money back. It appears they take your credit card and order info, then pass it on to a different store, which allows errors like this to happen: I ordered 2 products on 11/27/2019 (19 days ago). One product arrived fine, not from bigbigmart but from the Vitamin Shoppe. The 2nd product, according to the UPS tracking, was "returned to sender" with no other notification. I don't know which store shipped it and have no contact information to follow up to get this resolved.

I ordered a lamp that was much cheaper on bigbigmart than anywhere else. At first i was concerned since the lack of reviews and it took a few days to get the tracking email, but once my order was shipped (for free) it arrived in a day or two exactly as I wanted.
