I received my order through Amazon Prime, even though I ordered from you. To clear up the confusion and to make sure that it is OK, I wrote an email to the customer service, but I have gotten no response so far. Update: The supplier responded and clarified the issue. They brought my attention to the fact that they had already responded to my request: That was true. I found their response in my spam folder. I am thankful for the clarifications. In the future, please inform the customer when the order is to be fulfilled by another company.

Comprehensive review of the: OHIO STEEL 5026V2 Pro Grade Lawn Sweeper This is a long, initial use, review. Giving the model # unfortunately most reviews are generalized. NO, THIS IS NOT an unpackaging, just recieved, review, either) Let’s start with if we were to give a 1-10 score, 1-5 stars…review. (A very commendable 8.5 of 10 , 4 stars) Sorry, no 10’s, or 5’s ever given. Spend the money for this Noteworthy, This WAS NOT EVEN, REMOTELY, a HIGHER PRICED MODEL!! —Not an impulse buyer, so we researched, read reviews, and looked at an extensive amount of makes and models. Best quality, construction, and size for our needs available i.e… pre-purchase. Purchased on-line — This is big, very big, perfect for our large area yard.. PEOPLE, ITS HEAVY!! (Awesome) — Read some review/complaints of receiving damaged. Received from “vendor” a bit damaged, Seeing how Fed - -, handled it, even here, while dropping it off!! Not surprised, and NOT a manufacturer issue, very well packaged!! (cosmetic damage only, As an able bodied person, quite easily fixed) — Assembly, 100% great, directions, list of parts, and ease of. WOW?? If you’re having trouble with this assembly?? — Fit, form, and function. Sweeper bar, design and function is great. Even though directions said not to use in too wet of conditions, we did!, And worked quite well! Sweeper height adjustment, EASY, stayed in position Hopper, is well made. Dumping function is great (again, great!) Hitch and tow bar (of THIS MODEL) is the strongest and the adjustability is a bonus. (Both the strength and the ability to offset the tongue, are a major reason for this purchase!!) — The Questionable, Needs improvement, Not good… Plastic wheels and drive gear? Come on Ohio Steel, you’re a steel manufacturing company (steel)…?? How long will the plastic drive gear last… Only time will tell! However we went into this purchase knowing about the plastic drive….!! most all makes are??? Sweeper bristles, over time will these hold up? SO FAR SO GOOD. (Question?) are these replaceable? Hopper frame, could be more substantial, heavier duty. The weight would help the sweeper from bouncing, worry about the longevity of the Hopper!! OUR ISSUE!-1st time use (SEE PHOTOS) The hopper bag, when dumping, rests on top of the sweeper steel housing, a 90* bent sharp edge of steel with sharp corners…. I, we, left the hopper bag folded up, (dump mode) drove a short distance, these sharp corners tore the hopper bag slightly. THIS IS A WEAR POINT even if just while dumping. These tears will only get worse!! Possible fixes: Seam that metal edge, make it so the hopper doesn’t contact that edge, put wear protection on the hopper fabric…?? It’s up to time will tell, replacement parts and Ohio Steel Customer Services… For now (initially) Very pleased with our choice, decision, and purchase.

Thought I purchased item too quickly from a website I didn’t know enough about when I saw a price that was too good to be true. Item arrived in a timely manner and charged my payment method accurately the advertised price. No regrets ordering from Bigbigmart

All good on garden hose but the garden hose holders were no longer available after my order was received and processed. Disappointed. However, your notification of the out-of-stock product was quick and efficient. Customer Service was excellent.

Keeping price reasonable & great accurate product.

I’ve been looking for this pan, forever. Calphalon discontinued it. But I found it on your website. My only minor complaint was, I never did see any tracking information. But still, it arrived just fine, in a matter of a few days.

They dropped the ball but then picked up the ball on my mistake and then gave me a discount on my mistake and then I ordered the right wrench and I gave them to a friend thank you
