Was a bit skeptical to order from here after reading various reviews but I decided to give it a shot for Dunkin' Donuts coffee. It arrived today (ordered on the 19'th) and it's exactly what it was listed on the site. Came from Sams as well so it's legit. I'll def keep them in mind as an alternative to the big-guys!

I’m very, very disappointed! After one month they answered that they will return my money.. last week they claimed that they are proceeding with the order. I wasted my time and won’t be able to order this item before Christmas! :/

I recently placed an order with Bigbigmart.com, after some research showed that they offered the best price on an item I needed. Truthfully, I forgot with what company I placed the order, having placed several online orders of late. But I received an email from the company about 2 weeks after I placed the order, checking to be sure that my item had arrived. In fact, it had not. They immediately offered to either send out a replacement or refund my money. I had already bought the item elsewhere, so requested a refund, which was sent posthaste to my Paypal account. While I would, of course, have liked to simply receive my item in the first place, I am perfectly willing to accept that things go awry as long as the customer service is on point. I'll give them another chance.
