I ordered the part on Tuesday and paid for it and I got the part on thursday. Fast shipping and I got the full order. Very happy with this company I don't know where all the scam reviews come from.

Chain saw ordered. Days later out for delivery THEY canceled and stated to FED Ex that "Return to Sender Requested". Called them and gave no answer, told them to reship. They agreed. Next day ordered canceled. Called again, "will look into it". Told them to reship. Never reshipped. HORRABLE COMPANY, READ THEIR REVIEWS!!!!

I have purchased items they are selling at close to half the price they charge for same item.

We sell our own Brand bespoke product direct to customers and only via Amazon. I have just found our product on this website. They have stolen all our pictures and product information. No idea who they are but I'd tread with caution using this site!!!

I ordered a couple of Dolls. I was very Leary about whether I should order with mostly negative comments, yet when I seen PayPal, I took a chance being PayPal has you covered 90 percent of the time. The pkg was 2 days late but it still arrive in a week's time in New Condition undamaged. I was so excited 😊 when I open the box and both dolls were attached unused. 1. It would be nice for the site to list who the items are sold by, so buyers can see all the same seller's items. I believe that Bigbigmart is a storefront and sellers list there...That's just my thought being that tracking wasn't uploaded to my account nor on PayPal. I sent an email the following day being I received no emails or tracking information. Good things was that the seller Na Le Thi, rather the site owner or customer service, they replied back in ten hours. They were polite and provided screenshot but not actual tracking number. Please view my other feedbacks and contribution. I wasn't paid nor did I receive any gifts or discounts. I keep all my reviews 100 percent True, so you know what's and who is on the Up-&-up🤞🏻👍🏼👌🏾

PRODUCT WAS NEVER DELIVERED AND THEY EXPECT ME TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED, FIRST OF ALL I DONT TO BUSINESS WITH PAYPAL AND YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT TO FILE A DISPUTE. THIS COMPANY IS VERY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL, WHY IS IT THE CUSTOMERS RESPONCIBILTY TO FILE A CLAIM WHEN THIS SUPPLIER KNOWS HE RIPPED ME OFF. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. UPDATE 1/9/22 , I HAD TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE A GRIEVANCE WHICH I WON BY THE WAY. AGAIN STAY AWAY
