I placed an order with this company. When shipment was received, it was NOT the item I ordered. I contacted the company via email and they said it was correct; it was not. They offered me a $5 credit (ridiculous). I insisted on a refund. They finally agreed to a refund. It still has not posted and it has been over three weeks. Each time I contact them about the delay, they say they are having problems with their system. I will never buy from them or recommend this company to anyone!

Was skeptical to order from here but did. Excellent and frequent tracking updates but that's where the good stuff ends. The item came from UK and from their Amazon. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered. Strongly dislike Amazon in general. Anyway, Bigamart boasts all these wonderful customer support claims on website but this is FALSE!!!! My item had damage when arrived and I've emailed them repeatly....no way to phone them..they say send message by clicking blue talk bubble icon on bottom right...Nope no response there either. So yes, if you order something they will send it, but who knows where it's coming from and they have zero customer service or workable contact info so you're on your own. Won't be using them again!

I received my items within a good timeframe and I would order from them again. But, yes they do need to do better customer service area on their website, as well as their search engines viewing alots more items instead of going from page to page which is time consuming.

This is my second review, they appear to be blocking 🚫 my emails as ,I would like to give them a minus review. They still have not responded since ada sent one email to me. Zero customer satisfaction

This is my first experience w Bigbigmart and it was a very good one. Up front they inform you there will be delays in response time and deliveries do to circumstances. However their response was top notch to respond to my email, I received my order quickly and for an excellent price. Thank you!

The product is what I order and the delivery was fast and accurate

This company is one of he worst that we have every encountered online DO NOT SHOP there, they offer no refunds send you the wrong items we are trying to get a refund as we speak the representative we are dealing with has an IQ of a twig, I mean the dumbest of the dumb, please, please, do not go there spend your money somewhere else

Customer service is good. In case i still haven't my packages, and i contacted them. They supported me very enthusiastically and quickly. I received it. I appreciate their service. I'll be shopping in the next times.
