Bigbigmart has great stuff with reasonable competitive price. I did my first order this Jan 2023 and had a great experience. I received my order on time through Fedex who had very efficient tracking updates. The Bigbigmart customer relation and response is excellent. Thank you Bigbigmart customer services. I had great experience in my first purchase and I will continue being their customer.

Was going to buy something that was a fantastic price but anytime I see a great price I've got to Google it. From what I can tell there's two reviews that are good one on December 30th one on January 2nd all the others have the same thing shift item then pulled it back. Are fake cuz every other of you says they never ship the product. That's a standard scam giving a shipping day with a tracking number and then saying oh it was damaged I got lost in shipment fraud

Never received the refund that I was promised. Ordered an item at what I thought was a fair prize. Then received notification that it was being returned to sender for damaged package. Shipping agency was UPS. Then received a notification from Bigbigmart that I would receive a full refund. Did not receive any refund. All this transpired over the Holiday break from school. Resulted in no merchandise on Christmas morning. A real let down for myself and my child who was to receive item from Santa as I was unable to go out shopping this year due to health issues. All to say... Will NEVER shop with Bigmart.com, that's for sure. Buyer Beware never meant so much to me as it does now.

I order from this company and it shipped out it was close to arriving and then it got sent back. I have tried to contact them but no one will answer calls or emails.

CS refused to cancel my order, instead opting to ship it a week after the initial cancel email. When confronted with evidence, I was told there was nothing I could do as it had already been shipped by FedEx.

Pretty happy about the experience! Was very skeptical reading other reviews, but I actually got my order delivered (various Ryobi stuff) and fairly quickly.
