Bigbigmart.com is incredible! The prices are great, shipping is fast, the returns are super easy and super fast. And they do not even deduct the cost of shipping from your return. I highly recommend them!

This place seems to be a known scamming company. I've read a few reviews now that I've ordered and found that they give bogus confirmations for shipping and only ship part of the order. That's what happened to me. the one real shipping confirmation that I got was for just part of the order which I had received. I haven't received the other three items and the one shipping number that they gave me was for a small one or two pound box that was delivered to Memphis Tennessee. Wasn't even my order. I think what they do is send bogus screenshots acting like they were delivered using the one item that they actually ship to try to prove that they shipped everything. Very bogus and dishonest company.

They sent me the completely wrong bag and now refusing to refund me until I am my cost return the product to them from Australia back to the US and only then am I supposed to trust they will refund my money. This was THEIR MISTAKE. So why should I pay for their mistake. They are disreputable scammers. Don't trust them.

This purchase could not have gone any better. Third time I've ordered from Bigbigmart.com and I never had a single problem. My order arrived within a few days before I even got a shipping notification. Highly recommend
