I ordered a Rigid 18V LED light with two batteries. It came within five days in a Home Depot box. It was a great price and all original.

Discovered this online retailer had a significantly lower price on a brand name table saw than anyone else plus free shipping and ordered without first checking for customer reviews as I usually do. Had second thoughts that the price was too good to be true and then came here and was alarmed that I had been scammed after seeing negative reviews. I was expecting the worse but customer service responded to my email inquiry stating they were legitimate and I should expect delivery in a few business days. Product was delivered yesterday in original, sealed packaging and in perfect condition. I can’t speak for other customer experiences but can confirm it is a legitimate online retailer.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. TOTAL RUBBISH. PURCHASED A PROJECTOR...IT DID NOT WORK. COULD NOT CALL THEIR SERVICE NUMBER... NO ANSWER. GOT LIP SERVICE EMAILS. AND NO ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN.

Ordered due to the price being around 50$ cheaper than major stores. Received damaged parts with no response for company. Place seems sketchy at best. Never again and I recommend you do the same.
