Bigbigmart is a very dependable company. They get the product to me ASAP. They could be a little more competitive on price. As an example I used to buy an 8 pack of the same espresso for about $40

Ordered a miter saw. Questioned the description immediately after ordering. Saw their website says you must cancel within 30 minutes. Did so on their website link to "Cancel". Screenshot the filled in Cancel form as I'll have no record that I cancelled within 30 minutes. Called and left a message to assure the order was cancelled. Emailed customer service to assure order was cancelled. No response. Charge is pending on my Credit Card with no idea if the company is legit or not. Very casual wording at the bottom of my order email has me more concerned. "Besides, you'll have a tracking number"... 2-5 days after placing the order. "Processing time: Please allow 1-3 days for the processing time after successful authorize the payment. Shipping time: Please allow 3-7 business days for your to be shipped and delivered. Besides, you will receive a tracking number 2-5 days after you placed your order." … The pending payment did drop from my credit card, 5-7 days after the initial order. And I did receive a note that my order had been cancelled. Whew.

Both phone numbers for them do not work, tracking number does not work after you have paid for an item, no response or way to automatically cancel your order. The address they provided is a bogus CA warehouse. I had to call my credit card company to cancel my order. Very disappointing, yelp and other website review portals rate the site as legit. Nothing about them is. Try calling the phone number before buying anything, you will find that one is not in service and the other goes straight to a prerecorded machine. Buyer beware!!!!! I followed their advice they have given to other reviewers on here, to send an email. Surprise!! No response.
