They said they had issued a refund for $67.00 to Deborah Mullins but it does not show up anywhere. Could they please let me know where the refund is? It was for a case of Starbucks coffee that they could not deliver

Placed an order 4 days ago, no word on its progress. Sent them a message asking status, no response. Hope I didnt get scammed. Wording and grammar have me worried. I will update soon I hope! UPDATE 1: TRIED CALLING FIVE TIMES...JUST HANGS UP. GUESS I WILL JUST REPORT THE FRAUD TO MY BANK, AND THE AUTHORITIES.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I bought an AC from this website and I got an email a week later that I was being refunded because of the manufacturer was going to delayed in delivering the AC unit. I never got my refund and it's been over a month. Called multiple times and never got an answer to my voicemails or an answer in general. Emailed multiple times. Messaged them through their website and refund form. NO ANSWER. Got scammed out of $150. Utterly disappointing and disheartening. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a case of Starbucks coffee from them and they were not able to ship as it was out of stock. They said they gave me a rebate but I cannot find it anywhere. I have left them two voice mail messages to contract me and let me know where my rebate is--almost $67.00, and have heard nothing. These guys suck. Please do not buy from them.

Was able to save money on this product by not purchasing the battery or charger which I already have. I have used the Ryobi auger to plant 150 trees and shrubs. Works flawlessly and battery lasts forever with this product.
