It matches you with a therapist based on your wants and needs, and then you can begin your sessions. The therapist I matched with is exactly what I was looking for; she has helped me in so many aspects of my life over the past 5 months. Therapy is for everyone who wants to have personal growth; my therapist through BetterHelp has helped me grow, and I have confidence that she will help me continue to even more in the future!
