They even took personality into account. The financial aid they offer allowed me to afford their service for a little longer than I would have been able to originally, and with all the services they provide within a plan, it's even worth the full price. Our sessions, chats, and calls are secure, and I can chat with my counselor any time, even if we have already had a call this week. It's not something to use indefinitely as it is expensive, but when you need help now and need a good fit, I'd recommend them.

Mr. Monte is the best therapist In the world...So when I read people writting bad reviews I just lAugh cause they just haven't met him yet. Any problems you have isn't a problem for him. He'll fix you and make it look easy. You'll see everything from his perspective after a minute from talking to him. And therapy seems more like talking to a friend. So fun. I was lucky and got matched to a great fit for my therapist. Right away I could tell she was figuring out how to best communicate with me, and understand my personality, which I appreciate. However at first I did feel like a lot of what said was like, "oh that sucks. I understand." so I was a little annoyed at first, because it didn't feel like it was helping right away. But therapy is one of those things you have to stick with for a while to see improvement. I think BetterHelp should first let clients know that therapy takes a little time, trust, and vulnerability to work, so clients can expect a realistic experience.

They are extremely open about when they plan to respond and in what capacity. -If you plan to cancel your membership allow yourself multiple days before the next billing cycle. You have to send them an email and request that they cancel your membership, then wait for a response from them before you have successfully canceled anything. If, during this time, you are charged...you can attempt to get a refund, but the chances of that are extremely low.
