Don't bother if you have serious issues...
Unhelpful if you're dealing with serious issues. And if you're outside the US. First of all - they have thousands of therapists. But every single one seems to be based in the US. Which mean that if you are somewhere like Australia, with the time difference, the only times you can schedule sessions with the therapists are either stupid early in the morning, or in the middle of the night. Second of all, I'm sure it's a great service for people who just need someone to vent to at the end of the day, but if you are dealing with serious issues such as PTSD and severe anxiety, their "qualified" professionals seem to have no idea what to do. I had messaged my therapist at a time of crisis looking for some advice or coping strategies, he replied with sending me a bunch of complete unrelated worksheets, then a few days later, in our live session, admitted he sent the sheets because he hasn't really read my message with attention. In other words, I'm sure they're great if you just need someone to talk to, but don't expect any actual "therapy".
