BetterHelp is a God send. Because of Covid, I haven't been able to see my psychiatrist. I have had a hard time to get a counselor that accepts my insurance. When a good friend told me about BetterHelp, I looked them up. Upon finding them, I filled out a simple form online and specifically asked for the type of counselor I wanted. The fee was doable unlike other counselors that charge $150 per session. BetterHelp has connected me with the best counselor ever & it only took less than a day! I am so pleased with BetterHelp. I am on my way to achieving the rest of my goals and dreams that I have set for myself because of BetterHelp. Thank you so much!

I was/am having an existential crisis that has a lot to do with death and losing loved ones. For this reason I selected every box I could that I preferred non-religious people who are OK with LGBTQ people, etc, I paid a few hundred dollars to cycle through therapists who replied once a week if at all, then finally found one who was responsive. About $500 later my therapist ended up recommending Jesus. I could've called my mom and got the same response without working 20 hours, thanks.

I love the therapist I’ve had for the last couple months. She has been nothing but helpful and supportive. The only downfall of BetterHelp is how expensive it can be. Especially as a college student in a pandemic, that’s been stressful, so I had to decide to leave.
