BetterHelp has been a great place for me to get the help I need. I've struggled with finding a counselor that understands what I'm going through and what I went through, and Ms. Tina has had a lot of patience with me.

BetterHelp is excellent. This is my first time seeking counseling and I couldn't have gone with a better program. They work very quickly to help you find a counselor and someone that is compatible with you which helps a lot for building trust and that safe space. Highly recommend!!

Initial counseller was unhelpful and disinterested, went to choose another, selected that I would prefer a female counsellor but the list was mostly male and very few covered the topics I selected. Money wasted, subscription cancelled, do not recommend. Had one live chat, counsellor was late but still ended after 30mins. Terrible service.

The service is fantastic. I always had trouble keeping up with therapy - the process of going into an office, checking in and waiting and not being in your home environment made it a chore for me. As a result I NEVER kept it consistent. This service alleviates all those concerns and issues. Additionally you don't need to spend hours researching therapists near you that specialize in your issues. The service matches you directly with the best fit. I've been consistently going to therapy for 5 months now and am truly addressing my issues for the first time in my life.

Therapy from home is a fantastic idea. I sought help for my anxiety and coping with childhood trauma. I’ve tried several in-office therapists and felt very intimidated and awkward. My current therapist challenges me in a good way. She understands, empathizes, and gives me the tools I need to better myself...all from the comfort of my own home. I no longer have to stress about leaving work to make it to an appointment.

I've tried in person therapy several times before but I could never find myself getting to go there with enough frequency. This has fixed that -- not only is there no excuse to miss because it is at home, but I sometimes am too anxious to make my session but I can send a-synchronous messages to talk and explain or share and it really helps for someone that struggles to share the real reason they are there or has difficulty with consistency. Please give it a shot if you have struggled to find something that worked in the past - i'm having great results recently after a few motnhs of relationship building

Betterhelp has been a great platform for therapy. Through Betterhelp I've found a wonderful therapist at a decent price point. The interface is easy to use and has a lot of options for the types of appointment you can schedule (phone, video, chat), and for patient-centric stuff like journaling.
