Excellent way to communicate with my counselor.

I was recommended Betterhelp by a friend. This was my first time using an online service, so I was a bit apprehensive at first. I must say though, once my sessions began with my counsellor, the experience was welcoming and warm. Given the current social restrictions, BetterHelp was the best choice for me as I had regular sessions with a wonderful counsellor along with 24hr access to the Betterhelp app. Customer service replies were swift and helpful too.

Joining Better Help was the best decision ive ever made in myself. I recommended it to all my family and friends.

I've been through a few theapists this year alone via apps. Because of covid and having a hard time with a sitter for my son, I was looking for one via apps. This one is by far the best. You speak to your therapist one a week. Via text or video. Its helping me a lot. They give lots of advice. It's just an amazing app.

Such an easy way to find and maintain a therapeutic relationship with a trusted professional that can meet your needs. I wish this service existed decades ago. My first therapist wasn’t a great match for me. Instead of having to wait for a new referral I was able to pick a new and great match as well as leave feedback. This is incredibly empowering as a patient and as a customer.

Better help counseling was very useful and convenient. Right from my home I did Video calls with my counselor. I didn’t have to travel and was able to be comfortable in my own environment. The counselor was also great and very insightful. His name was Adam Krizanik. I highly recommend better help to anyone looking for counseling.
