When I felt like I was at the end of my rope, I got on BetterHelp.com. It was easy to join and very affordable even though I'm unemployed. The counselor I was matched with is a terrific person and a great therapist. She has helped me tremendously in a very short period of time. Betterhelp provides all the tools to connect to a therapist and sends reminders so I never forget when I have a session scheduled. The site is easy to use, attractive and even inspirational at times. My experience with BetterHelp has been life-changing and I look forward continuing my journey. I am very thankful for the site and my therapist. I hope anyone who feels like they need help will get it.

I love BetterHelp! It is convenient - I can get access to counseling from anywhere, and I got matched with a counselor that "fits" well, and the process is so easy! I couldn't recommend it any more! I am so glad I am using it. Especially with COVID, BetterHelp fills a great need.

It costs a lot when it is converted in the currency where I live, I just hope that betterhelp could be available to other countries or somewhat similar. This really helps especially during this pandemic. I can only wish this can be accessible for others who are in need of help but couldn't afford to be.

This is a scam-free website and this site is very helpful for anyone who is batting any stages of depression. My counselor was Akeemi and she is wonderful. Only $39 a week.

Two stars because it started well. It took a few tries to find a “good” counsellor. When we did my counsellor was very engaging through messages and actually started helping me through some stuff.... it stops there. I booked my Video session with my Therapist we discussed some things about my life and then we began talking about my long term girlfriend.... we’ve recently entered a break as she was feeling overwhelmed with Covid etc.... I explain to the Therapist all of this and the Therapist then goes on to tell me I was in love with a lesbian........ extremely rude, against the code of what a Therapist should do and to be honest by the time I left I was actually feeling worse..... I would avoid.

Perspective and empathy. My counselor Susan gave me so much support as I worked through the stages of deciding to get divorced. She validated that I wasn't crazy and that it is ok to verbalize and prioritize my own needs. And she supported my decision making at my own pace. I couldn't be more grateful for her help. It definitely made things "better" for me and my kids.

I have been matched with two therapists and the first asked if I would switch from telehealth to chat due to her toddler being present during sessions. I was asking for help due to substance use and the second therapist was very judgemental
