Amazing Truly Amazing

Betterhelp has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend!!!

I was having relationship issues and went for BetterHelp to get counselling. I matched with a competent counsellor and I was very satisfied with her! She helped me through a tough time, was very understanding and gave me helpful advice. I am very pleased with this service and would go for BetterHelp again if I am in need of counselling again. Also the support service of BetterService is great. They responded quickly and were customer-friendly.

I had such a bad experience on BetterHelp. My first therapist cancelled my very first session an hour before I was meant to have it which left me extremely upset as I had a lot to talk about. I changed therapist straight away because I was so let down. My second therapist was nice, but I didn’t feel like she was helping me at all. She was saying the usual cliche sayings and not really saying anything beneficial. I lost hope after that and cancelled my subscription after only 2 weeks. I won’t be using BetterHelp again and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!! Waste of money and time.

I'm really enjoying my sessions with my counselor. We get along quite well and that's something I find special about Betterhelp. You have a lot more freedom in choosing you're counselor and it's clear from the start that you can be honest if there's no connection. So far I'm feeling that our sessions are adding a positive contribution to my life for which I am grateful. I would definitely recommend it.

I've been using Betterhelp for a few weeks now. I was matched with a counselor who was exactly what I was looking for. I needed someone who could relate to me and I could feel comfortable talking to so I got specific with gender and race and they found her in 2 days max. She gives me assignments, literature and goals for the week. I love that we get weekly sessions and I can message her any time between those sessions. Betterhelp has groupinars all throughout the week also and I have been taking advantage of them and they have been so helpful in addition to the sessions with my counselor. So glad I took the leap with Betterhelp.

This is the best experience I have had with a therapist, including those I have seen in person. It is convenient and effective- drive time is eliminated and scheduling simple. My therapist is very well-trained and established instant rapport. She is perceptive and knew the right questions to ask to quickly pinpoint issues for me to address. Additionally, unlike other therapists I have used in the past, I can message her any time and she will respond in 24 hours or so, and I can write journal entries and share with her (or keep them private).
