I've been using the Betterhelp platform for now 3 weeks and it is quite refreshing compared to a more traditionnal approach. I've been talking to some friends about it. I really like the fact that i can keep a journal, share it , write emails to my counsellor and video chat. I am glad i went with it !

Robin has been a great help. I've learned so much about myself in such little amount of time and I've been able to open up to family and friends more. I definitely wouldn't have gotten the timely treatment on my terms with going to an office for $60 an apt even with insurance.

I have loved BetterHelp! By using a app on my phone I don’t have to go anywhere. It allows me to stay in contact with my counselor at any time I have something to say. I get weekly one on one video session, which can also just be over the phone. It took me a couple of times with counselors the BetterHelp stayed right with me until we found the right one. Now I’m with a Miss Phyllis, and I couldn’t ask for a better counselor she is absolutely wonderful. So I won hundred percent recommend BetterHelp to anyone with a mental health problem or just needing some advice or someone to talk to you it’s easy convenient and less stressful than traditional counseling and therapy. I’ve have had many counselors and therapists in the past and by far hands-down BetterHelp has been the best easiest way for me to stick with it and having Phyllis as my counselor, will has help me become a totally different person so thank you better help and Phyllis for sticking with me getting me to the right person and for all your help.

Was low on my life energy. Overcome by work issues, new covid affected lifestyle and relationships around started go stale. I found this platform on the Internet. My first ideas were very vague as I would prefer f2f counseling. But found out, that on based on your profile, they will assign you adequate ounselor. Now running sessions for two months and would not change. Happy with technical support as with the main service. Plus you can join to group webinars on various topics related to lifestyle and mental health.
