Better help has amazing customer service. Every issue was addressed quickly and resolved in a favorable manner. The services provided are amazing especially in the current life. I would recommend better help and I have been doing so by sharing the faqs and the name of the therapist I worked with. BetterHelp is an amazing platform. I went through a difficult time last year and after my doctor suggested antidepressants, I gave therapy a try. They matched me with the perfect therapist within 2 days and after 6 weeks, I re-discovered myself. I am at my best today thanks to those 6 sessions. BetterHelp also provided great webinars where we could ask questions anonymously and it really helped me understand different behaviours/personalities. I could also contact my therapist out with sessions if I wanted to and guaranteed a reply within a day. Overall it was a great experience, quality and price wise. I would recommend BetterHelp in a heart beat.

Therapy has been unknown Territory, also having negative experiences in the past. Despite being a bit expensive for me personally, I love being able to communicate via phone, video, phone calls. Thankfully I have matched with a wonderful therapit who I truly am thankful for.

I like BetterHelp more than going in person. I really like the Therapist I chose. Their are all sorts of help here. I was having a very bad time of it and all the offices around me could not take new patients due to covid. Having this help by phone or video or text is amazing. Highly recommend.
